1. Shipping
Free Shipping in Germany and Turkey
We ship worldwide. We are currently offering free shipping in Germany on order over EUR 40 and in Turkey on order over TL 400. To remaining Europe and the Middle East, we offer free shipping on orders over EUR 70.
Packaging within 48 Hours
We process and package all orders within 48 hours upon receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays, to get the order to you as fast as possible.
Please note that despite our efforts there may be delays in the delivery times depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends, and weather conditions.
Custom Fees on International Shipping
Since all orders are shipped from Germany or Turkey, you may be charged custom fees when the package reaches the country of destination.
You are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. The release of your order from customs is conditioned upon your payment of these taxes.
The total amount of your order displayed on the checkout page does not include import duties, customs, or local sales taxes.
Customs and import taxes vary depending on the country where you request the order to be shipped. The carrier will inform you if you are required to pay any additional fees.
If you do not pay custom fees and the package is returned to SAIS Fashion, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Additional Shipping Information
We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.Â
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address for an order. In case of a wrong address, SAIS Fashion does not offer reimbursement.
2. Returns
Our Guarantee: No Manufacturing Defects
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and guarantee that our products do not have any manufacturing defects. If you are still not happy with an item, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products for a full refund within 5 business days of receipt of the products, except otherwise stated on our website.
No Free Returns
Unfortunately, we are currently not offering free returns.
For international orders outside of the European Union and Turkey, we will deduct the custom fees from your refund.
Items Eligible for Return
Items can be returned if the following conditions are met:
- They have no visible signs of wear or use (must look like new).
- They have not been washed and have the original tags attached.
- You request the return within 5 business days of receipt of the item.
If these conditions are met, we will offer a full refund. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject your returns.
If your returns are rejected, you will not receive a reimbursement and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you, otherwise your item will be discarded or donated.Â
How to Complete a Return
- Communicate with us by social media or email and request a return. Please mention the following information:
- Your order number (if applicable)
- The products you would like to return
- The reason of the return
- Package the items and drop off your package at the respective courier.
Once we have received your return and inspected it, we will notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of the refund.
If we approve your return, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
If we reject your return, you will not receive a reimbursement. We will either charge you the shipping fees to get the items shipped back to you or discarded or donated them.
