You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.<\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SAIS Fashion<\/span>, Bahnhofstr. 17, 69117 Heidelberg, email: info@saisfashion.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the below model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments you have made, excluding shipping costs, within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this refund.<\/p>

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.<\/p>

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.<\/p>

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;<\/p>

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:<\/p>

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;<\/p><\/li>

  • for the supply of goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;<\/p><\/li>
