What type of clothes do you manufacture for me?
We produce all types of clothes for women, men, and children. Our experience and expertise lies in modest fashion, but we manufacture also other types of clothes.
What services do you provide?
We offer to support you throughout the entire manufacturing process by:
- Designing your models
- Providing you with quotes for the production and shipping costs

- Providing you with a product sample

How does the manufacturing process work?
The manufacturing process generally includes the following steps:
- You send us the designs of the models and information about the desired fabrics and colors. Alternatively, we design the models based on your request.
- We clarify any question about the designs with you to make sure that we produce according to your request.
- We purchase the fabric for you.
- Our trusted manufacturers produce a sample of your designs if you wish so.
- You comment on the sample, and we adjust the model accordingly with our manufacturers.Â
- The manufacturers produce your designs in the desired quantities and packages them.
- We conduct a quality control of the products and make any adjustments if necessary.
- We ship the final products to your destination.
How long does the process take?
The manufacturing process typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the manufacturers’ and our other prior commitments and change requests from your side. We are committed to fulfill the order in a speedy and efficient manner and will agree with you on the timeline in advance.
The shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks, depending on the shipping method you select and the country of destination.
Note that there may be delays outside of our control, such as custom or tax issues in the country of destination, public holidays, or natural disasters.
What input do you need from me?
We need the following from you:
- Designs of the clothes you want to produce (sewing patterns are optional)
- Information on the colors and fabrics
- Designs of brand and size labels and hang tags if desired
- Feedback on the sample if you choose to produce one first
Do you treat my designs confidentially?
Of course. We will not use your designs for our own collections or any other purpose. By receiving your designs, we do not become owner of them or acquire any other intellectual property rights over them. We also commit to share the designs only with our workers and manufacturers on a need-to-know basis.Â
If you wish so, we sign a non-disclosure agreement at the beginning of our collaboration to make this commitment legally binding.
Do you produce samples?
Yes, we do! If we can produce a sample without buying the entire bulk of your desired fabric, we will not charge anything for the sample.
We will show you the sample on pictures and videos or in a video call. Upon your request we will also ship the sample to you; in this case you will pay the shipping fees.Â
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We do not have a strict MOQ and accept to produce small quantities. However, we buy most fabrics in bulks of 20-30kg per bulk; smaller fabric packages are often not available. In this case, the MOQ equals the number of pieces that we produce with one bulk of fabric.Â
Once you choose the design and fabric, we will be able to tell you what the MOQ with your specific fabric is.Â
Can I use my own labels and hang tags?
Of course. There are two options:
- If you have the labels and hang tags ready, you can ship them to us and we will put them on your clothes.
- If you don’t have labels and hang tags ready, you send us the designs and we will produce them and put them on your clothes. Please note that there is a MOQ of 1000 or 1500 pieces for the labels, depending on the type of labels you want. We will either store the unused labels for future use or ship them to you with your order.Â
How does the shipping work?
We work with a reputable shipping company to deliver the final products to your door. We do not have any influence over the duration or other issues related to the shipping process, but we will follow up with the shipment until you receive the clothes.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. For shipments outside of Türkiye, you are also responsible for covering any custom fees and other taxes if applicable.
What are the payment conditions?
We request 75% of the agreed price before the start of the production and the remaining 25% within 14 days after you have received the clothes.Â
We accept bank transfers and PayPal.Â
Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns of customized orders because we do not carry your designs in our product portfolio. However, if there are any manufacturing defects, we will do our best to resolve the issue as we want you to be satisfied. Please notify us of any defects within 5 business days upon receipt of the order.
