Return Policy

To return or exchange an item or report a missing or mistaken item, please fill out this form.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SAIS. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original hangtag. The item must also be in its original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for visible signs of wear (e.g., stains, pet hair).

Exclusions from Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloaded software products

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@saisfashion.com.

Exchanges

You can exchange unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for an item of equal value or a store credit code. You are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges. Exchanges on our cost will be made for defective or damaged items under the legal warranty. Please fill out our return form to initiate an exchange.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift, you can exchange it for a store credit code for the value of the purchase. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. However, within Germany, you have the option to receive a store credit instead of a refund, and in this case, we will cover the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from Non-EU Countries

Please ensure you notify us in advance of returning items from outside the EU.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you live in. For returns over €40, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
